Your Privacy Choices
Your privacy matters to us. This page explains your right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, as defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state regulations), and how to exercise that right with Toyzino.
What This Means
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to direct us not to "sell" or "share" your personal information for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.
Toyzino uses Shopify to power our store, and Shopify may support personalized advertising based on your activity across different merchants and websites. This can be considered "sharing" under certain state privacy laws — even though no money changes hands.
We do not sell your personal information for cash. However, in order to comply with applicable law, we give you full control over whether your data is used for targeted advertising purposes.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of the sale/sharing of your personal information at any time, using either method below:
Option 1: Use Our Opt-Out Link

Option 2: Global Privacy Control (GPC)
If you browse our site with the Global Privacy Control signal enabled on your device or browser, we will automatically treat this as a valid opt-out request for that device and browser. Where possible, we will also apply your opt-out to your Toyzino account. Learn more about GPC at globalprivacycontrol.org.
Please note: Aside from Global Privacy Control, we do not currently recognize other "Do Not Track" browser signals.
What Happens After You Opt Out
Once you opt out:
- Your personal information will no longer be used or shared for targeted advertising purposes.
- You may still receive non-promotional communications related to your account or orders.
- You can continue shopping with Toyzino as normal — opting out does not affect your ability to browse, purchase, or receive customer support.
- Your opt-out preference will remain in effect until you choose to change it.
Other Privacy Rights
